With the loss of aaron brooks are we going to be a contender again this year?

the fiesta bowl 2001. we killed colorado and showed the country why we shouldve been in the national championship.
Statue of liberty, that dixon did. I also just love talking about how good Dennis Dixon is. He has the best natural talent I have seen in a while.
2001 Oregon vs. USC Joey makes the comback down field to give Jared Siegel the game winning field goal. One of the loudest moments I have experienced in Autzen.
i was born in oregon and just can't leave. one favorite memory? probably camping. we went all over and often when i was a child. if i can get away to a campground once a year i'm a happy little camper...hehehee whether it be near the ocean, mountains or river. crawdadding, crabbing and fishing. sitting by the campfire with a glass of something and friends. laughing and relaxing. we have the most beautiful state around and cant' get enough of its "outside". eugene has grown, the streets have gotten a lot wider than i remember. there is a whole lot more houses, but the outside...camping...takes me back and away...
I LOVE THIS STATE
I'm surprised none of you guys mentioned the Oregon/Michigan game back at Autzen in 2003. Remember how huge it felt to knock off one of the biggest national championship contenders that year? That coulda been the year when Lloyd Carr won another championship but not a chance in heck they were getting past Oregon in our backyard. :) Up 13-0 at halftime, and it was just a spectacular game. IGOR!!! JASON FIFE (his best game for sure)
Other memorable mentions? The 2005 Ducks/Cal game was awesome, the whole poweroutage was something. lol. I'd have to say this year's game against Arizona St. was the most-hyped game I've ever been to, and I saw the Gameday crew and ESPN Radio crew and it was when the Ducks were huge at the moment, delivering the Sun Devils their first loss. :)
I still love you Oregon Ducks, hopefully your freshman QBs will gain a bit more experience, put a couple TDs on the board possibly.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKS!
Have to be the civil war at home when we still had Joey. To tell the truth I had drank too much Jack Daniels before the game and only remember pieces.
Some friends and I had filled some camelbacks with more Jack&Cokes and by the end of the first quarter I was gone. On a dare I marched down the stairs and on to our sidelines. My plan was to wait for the beavs to score a touchdown and run out and give their mascot the best form tackle I could. I ended up waiting around near the endzone till I had to piss so bad my prostate felt like it was going to explode. I had played a few games at Autzen in high school and remembered where the visiting locker room was, so I marched up the stairs and TCB. After yaking my guts out as well I stumbled back down to the west endzone.
Remembering my plan I stepped over the media rope and only got a few steps b4 security grabbed me. When they asked what I was doing I claimed to be a part of the team and he told me to get back on the sideline. I ended up back in the stands and pissed in front of a girl i had just met.
The End.
PS- Ducks Won
