About Mongoloid Space Funk Music from Amagasaki



97年の活動開始以来、幾多のメンバー変遷を経ながら長年に渡り独自の路線を貫き通すアカツキ。
中心メンバーの地元である尼崎の工業地帯のランドスケープを転換したような轟音サウンドスケープと, 独自解釈による祭囃子リズムの実験的融合を経て、現在はチェンとターキのツインギター、トダのドラムの3人編成。
よりシンプルに深みを増して練り上げられたその音塊はブルース音楽本来の人間味に溢れ、その衝動が噴出する爆発力は、西のシーン最後の切り札とも言える唯一無二のもの。

AQATUKI continues an original line even now, experiencing many member changes after starting the band in 1997.
A soundscape of roaring sound like switching landscape of an industrial area at Amagasaki city as the central members' hometown, and an experimental fusion made from rhythm of Japanese traditional festival music by their unique interpretation......Passing through these expression, there is current Akatsuki's sound.
AQATUKI is a band of 3 formation now; twin guitars called Chen and Taaki, a drumer called Toda.
Their musical soul that is worked out increasing the depth and more simpler is overflowing with the human touch that the blues music originally has. And their explosive power spouting out their impulse is the only one like a trump card in music scene of Western Japan.
This is right Crazy Horse in Amagasaki!!
