About me:

About Me
Well, it was definitely no accident that I came to Alice Springs, Australia
in 1979. In Liverpool, England, I saw a picture in National Geographic of
some Pitjantjatjarra children playing in the red, desert soil. Their blonde
sun kissed hair, all messed up..., and they were playing naked, in the sand...
I fell in love with that picture.... I successfully completed my Certificate
in Tropical Health and Medicine, at the Liverpool International School
of Tropical Medicine and Health, and I am still here......2010.
My life here at this very moment, still involves children....and, I am a
Foster Mother to little Erin.....

..

Who I'd like to meet:

Time
Imagine the Earth devoid of human life.
Lived in only by plants and animals.
Would it still have a past and
future? Could we speak of time in any meaningful
way? What is the time? What is the date?
this would all be quite meaningless. The oak tree
or the eagle would be bemused by such a question.
"What time?" they would ask
"Well, of course, it's now.
The time is NOW.
What else is there?" (Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now).

    Who told you?

Who told you to wrap your
    arms around me? Didn't see
    you coming from behind There
    you were enveloping and
    embracing me Caught me off
    guard Wasn't ready for you.
    Wanted you desperately
    Ran like a scared rabbit
    Stopped running Fell totally
    Drenched myself in you
    Through, for and with you
    Who told you to unwrap
    your arms?

Time is a companion that goes with us on a
journey. It reminds us to cherish each

What we leave behind is not as important

    EVER MORE VALUABLE

Each day is filled with countless
    opportunities to make a positive
difference. Each of us is blessed
with numerous ways to do so.

Lift the world a little higher,
    and everyone benefits. The effect
can be contagious. Make a positive
    difference
    , and it will spread.
The caring and goodness you invest
    in others will multiply
    , going on
    and on far beyond you.
What a wonderful way to make
    a Godly impact!

    There are plenty of justifications
for being cynical, but there is no
    good reason to be. Likewise
    , there
are plenty of excuses for not giving
    your best
, and yet every reason in
the world to give your best anyway.
Being a blessing to others along
the way will reap Heavenly rewards.

Be true to the best that you have
and let it shine through each thing
you do. The richness of your life
grows ever more valuable each time
you genuinely care for another child
    of God.

    Sweet Joe.

    Be Someone

Be someone who listens, and you will be
    heard. Be someone who cares,
and you will be loved. Be someone who
gives, and you will be blessed.
Be someone who comforts, and you
    will know peace.
Be someone who genuinely seeks to
understand, and you will be wise.
    Be someone kind, someone considerate,
and you will be admired. Be someone
who values truth, and you will be
    respected. Be someone who takes
action, and you will move life forward.
Be someone who lifts others higher, and
your life will be rich. Be someone
filled with gratitude, and there will be
no end to the things for which
    you'll be thankful.
Be someone who lives with joy, with
purpose, as your own light brightly
shines. Be, in every moment, the special
someone you are truly meant to be.

    -- Ralph Marston

I've been sitting around this life for years,
Not enough laughs and too many tears.
Trying to figure out where it all went,
These wasted years that I have spent.
Searching for something to go beyond,
    Life's a stone skipping across a pond.
At the last skip, it hits with a splash,
Down the stone sinks, gone in a flash.
Pushing and pulling, it's tearing apart,
Poking and prodding an underused heart.
This dark velvet curtain that hides my soul,
Living this life has taken it's toll.
In a flash of bright light, the curtain is torn,
Tumbling down all tattered and worn.
Revealing new life, a child within,
Born free of hate, of suffering and sin.
Now my eyes see what has never been told,
Striving forth happy, confident and bold.
Into a world that's unfamiliar but friendly,
Into this new life my spirit will send me.

Living and laughing, loving it all,
I stood myself up and answered the call.
The darkness has gone, replaced by the light,
I gave up the darkness with hardly a fight.
I've been sitting around this life for years,
With laughter aplenty and hardly a tear.
Now I can see just where it all went,
Cherish every moment of this new life
    I've spent.

    A Perfect Light
    (From Saturn's Lady)

    I've seen the light
    and it's in you ...
    in everything you are
    and in everything you do.

    It's a perfect light that
    shines for all to see;
in fact it shines so brightly,
it's pierced the heart of me.

The light is from a friend,
    it's a light that keeps me warm;
it lets me know how loved I am
and keeps me safe from harm.

    FOR YOU I AM THANKFUL
    in so very many ways,
and you lift up my spirits
    each and every day.

To know that you are there for me
    makes me feel alive;
it is your friendship's light upon
    which my own love thrives.

Though 'thank you' isn't good enough,
they're the only words I know,
to say your light of friendship
    gives my world its glow.

It's the simple things in life
    that are truly unforgettable

Thanks for sharing your light with me ...

A Time To Change (Susan Gregg 9/9/2009)

The one moment in time we have the power
to change anything is the present moment.
We can't change tomorrow because there is
no such thing as tomorrow because by the
time it gets here it is today.

All of your power, all of it resides in
this moment. No matter how you feel or
what you just thought or what is happening
in your life you have the power right now to
begin. You can think new thoughts
and make new choices right now.

Do you want to be happy? Think happy
thoughts right now! Do you want more
money? Feel abundant right now no matter
how much money you owe or have or don't have.
Stop arguing for your limitations and create
what you want right now and see what happens.

All day long I stayed in my room
praying, until the quiet of the
    evening descended upon the earth.
And in the darkness of midnight
I watched the stars come out but
still I could not hear the voice
    of God.

It was not until I left my room and
found you weeping and held you
in my arms. And through the Circle
of my Heart, I felt the breath of
God consumed me, until it formed words
upon my own lips saying, I Am Here
    For You, My Dear Friend.

My Love, I shall come to you as a bridegroom
carrying a bouquet of roses that I carefully

shall prepare a cake made from the beauty
of the morning sunlight that falls into
your eyes. I shall walk upon the clear
still waters of your tears and drink
from the deeper light of your stillness.
And I shall understand that love is a wind
not to be consumed but to cleanse.

Your Love is beyond time, beyond
    worlds, beyond this earthly
experience. I think on some divine
plain, I have loved you forever.

    From Susan 6/7/2009
    The Truth
    I spent years searching for
    "The Truth."
    Slowly I began to realize
that there was no such thing
as the truth, that the truth
was relative. What is true for
me today may not be true tomorrow.
    At first I resisted
the idea that there was no ultimate
truth but once I embraced the idea
I found a profound sense of peace.
It became much easier for me to
change my beliefs and let go of
what I had once believed was the
    truth.

    From Susan Gregg 11/7/2009
I often tell my students trying to understand
a situation or a particular behaviour
is the booby prize. Understanding simply
gives us excuses and reasons for remaining
the same. Understanding still keeps us within
the realm of our filter system.
Observing a behaviour and deciding to get
a different outcome takes us beyond our
    habitual thinking. Asking yourself questions
like: How else can I see this? What is the
most loving thing I can do? What is
it I really want to create?

    Curiosity and expanding your awareness
will help you to create different
outcomes so you can change your life.

Life is but a dream - sweet dreams!

    You are Perfect just the
    way you are(from Susan 10/7/2009

We so often judge ourselves or
    use unreasonable standards to
measure our merit. You really are
perfect just the way you are unless
you tellyourself a story that says
    otherwise.

I often watch people create such
misery for themselves with their own
inner dialog. All of your emotions are
    self generated. Give yourself
the gift of changing your opinions
about yourself and your opinion of
    those people, places and things
    around you.

Happiness is always just a thought away.

Life really is a mystery. Anyone who has watched
someone die is aware of that mysterious nature
    of what we call life.

In the Toltec tradition they divide the
universe into the knowable and the unknowable.
The exact nature of that mystery is part of the
unknowable. The Toltec suggest not wasting
your time trying to know the unknowable because
    by definition it is unknowable.

Appreciate this glorious experience called life,
    savor it and honor it.
Focus on changing what you can: your
    beliefs, agreements and assumptions.
Make your choices based on love and learn
how to act rather than react.
Your life will be an amazing journey
    worth celebrating if you do.

With lots of love and aloha,
    Susan

Life is and then we tell ourselves a story
If you want to be happy make it a happy story!

    I Am

I shall be married to the stars and I shall
exchange rings with the infinite and when I
dream I shall see through the eyes of God.
I shall spiritually evolve separate from
this skin no longer to be confined within
the frail particles of dust, bones and time.
I will surf upon light of comets and
will dwell in a cosmic sanctuary praying
forever in divine orbit around the perfect
heart of God. I shall mediate upon worlds
of light and pick flowers that do not need
soil to grow. And when I breathe I will no
longer need human lips to consume the
atmosphere. And when all things become
New I will be a perfect Circle a Holy
Frisbee thrown out of the loving
fingers of God spinning in continuous
beauty and love which is the true name
    of Eternity.

Your presence is a present to the world.
You're unique and one of a kind.
Your Life can be what you want it to be.
Take the days just one at a time.

Count your blessings, not your troubles.
You'll make it through whatever comes along.
Within you are so many answers.
    Understand, have courage, be strong.

    Don't put limits on yourself.
So many dreams are waiting to be realized.
Decisions are too important to leave to chance.
Reach for your peak, your goal, your prize.

Nothing wastes more energy than worrying.
The longer one carries a problem the heavier it gets.
    Don't take things too seriously.
Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.

Remember that a little love goes a long way.
Remember that a lot ... goes forever.
Remember that friendship is a wise investment.
Life's Treasures are people ... together.

Realize that it's never too late.
Do ordinary thing in an extraordinary way.
Have health and hope and happiness.
Take the time to wish upon a star.

IF TOMORROW NEVER COMES by Anon

A few weeks ago a woman was
    killed in an auto accident.

    She was very well
liked, so the office shut down
for her funeral and it was on
    the news and so on.
    On the day the
    workers came back to work,
    they found this
poem in their e-mail that the
    deceased woman had sent on
    Friday before she
    left for home.

    "If tomorrow starts without me,
And I'm not there to see,
If the sun should rise and
    find your eyes
    all filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn't cry
    the way you did today,
    While thinking of the many
    things,
    We didn't get to say.
I know how much you love me,
As much as I love you,
and each time that you think
    of me,
    I know you'll miss me too;
    But when tomorrow starts
    without me,
    Please try to understand,
that an angel came and called
    my name,
And took me by the hand,
And said my place was ready,
    In heaven far above,
And that I'd have to leave
    behind
    all those I dearly love.
But as I turned to walk away,
A tear fell from my eye,
For all my life, I'd always
    thought,
    I didn't want to die.
I had so much to live for,
So much left yet to do,
    it seemed almost impossible,
    that I was leaving you.

    I thought of all the
    yesterdays,
the good ones and the bad,
I thought of all that we
    shared,
And all the fun we had.

    If I could relive yesterday,
    Just even for a while,
I'd say good-bye and kiss you
    and maybe see you smile.

    But then I fully realized,
    That this could never be,
    For emptiness and memories,
would take the place of me.

And when I thought of worldly
    things,
    I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I
    did,
    My heart was filled with
    sorrow.
    But when I walked through
    heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home.
    When God looked down and
    smiled at me,
    From His great golden throne,
    He said, "This is eternity,
    And all I've promised you".
Today your life on earth is
    past,
    but here life starts anew.
    I promise no tomorrow,
    But today will always last,
and since each days the same
    way,
    There's no longing for the
    past.
    You have been so faithful,
    So trusting and so true.
    Though there were times you
    did some things,
    You knew you shouldn't do.
    But you have been forgiven,
and now at last you're free.
So won't you come and take my
    hand,
and share my life with me?
    So when tomorrow starts
    without me,
    don't think we're far apart,
For every time you think of
me, I'm right here, in your heart

The Sanctuary of my soul had become
an abandon ruin for a thousand years
I had forgotten how to love. My lips
could not remember the prayer of power
and rebirth that was given to me when
I un-tied the embryonic cord that held
me to the sorrow of the earth. I had
forgotten how it felt when I release
my Spirit in the wind and to glide over
the mountains in the soft summer sunlight.
I forgotten how it felt to become a kite
without a string to celebrate and rejoice
each exciting moment of living. But now
all of my visions have disintegrated and
I am a dissolving shell holding on to my
dreams in a torrid wind of regret. And when
I touched my heart my hand when through
the cavity of my chest and it was filled
with ashes. Oh Eternal and living God let
me stand once again on the summit of Sinai
and let your cosmic word bring redemption
as I listen to the consuming light of the
burning bush. Let me breathe once again in
world that is not filled with toxic air,
let me align the rhythm of my heartbeat to
every being in existence that seeks peace.
And in the consciousness of this light,
let my living become a Sanctuary. When
I reach inside of my heart again,
let lilies forever be in blossom
    (T.S. Eure 4/8/2009)

The day my Father died the old whiskey bottles
burst and shattered in the room. The cigarettes
that he had in his worn pant pockets caught on
fire in the closet. The beat up packing house
shoes that he wore dissolved and became mounts
of dust in the cosmic twilight. His menacing
presents and his raging words that consumed
the rooms for so many years had become a fragile
pulse struggling for life in the bed. Then he
rose slightly his eyes became brilliant crystals
of light transmitting a new reality of love
through my being. The old record player in the
house started playing by it’s self, windows
shattered, dogs started barking, dishes fell
out of the cabinet broken on the floor, newspapers
and books started to fly across the room. And then
he died and without touching me, I felt the
power of his embrace. And my hatred for him
shattered. And weeping on the floor I was
    consumed with forgiveness.

    The conclusion

I am Design to create a Sanctuary, that is
not define by physical boundaries, for Love
is the only lasting altar that does not
isintegrates in the cosmic light of the
perfect heart (The Universal and Spiritual
    writings of T.S.Eure 10/8/2009)

    From Susan Gregg 14/8/2009

When I started my spiritual journey I still
believed I was my body and that my happiness
came from "out there." As I expanded my
awareness I came to realize all of my emotions
come from what I tell myself and not the events
    in my life.

As soon as I believe I know something I close
the door to expanding my awareness. The less
willing I am to hold onto what I think I know
the more easily I can expand my awareness and
that expansion is the real key to my happiness.

    From Susan 24/4/2009

What are dreams made of? For that matter
what is life made of? Where does the dream
    begin and the dreamer end?

While writing a book about angels,
    deities, saints and enlightened
masters. I had some very interesting
dreams. One of the more interesting ones
was of a rat that came to me to be
healed because someone had poisoned him.
He was a very enlightened rat that
brought me many gifts once I agreed to
listen. At first I tried to avoid him because
I didn't want to listen to a rat.

When I awoke from the dream I felt
    wonderful and very loved. I
never would have imagined a rat would
bring me joy. I could have ignored the
whole experience, but I have learned to
    be open and receive.

What gifts could life bring you if you
opened your heart and were willing to
    receive?

    What Really Matters?....

The quality of your life is heavily influenced by
the questions you ask yourself and the degree of
self honesty in your answers. I have found it
really helps a lot to look at what really matters
to me. All of life is symbolic. Our bodies aren't
real they are just a vehicle we ride around in.

So what matters to you most in life? And what
are you doing to make that a part of your
    everyday life?

I love being out in nature so I live in
the country and every morning I walk to the chicken
coop and to my labyrinth. In a sense I have to go
out in nature and it is a very pleasurable "have to."
I enjoy writing and most of my work revolves
    around writing.

So what really matters to you and how can
you make that part of your life?

deep breath I also remember to let go
of my limited perspective and see
life through the eyes of love. Making that
    association took practice. All spiritual
    practices take practice.

What are you willing to practice today
to make your life a magical
    mystical experience?

If I Could Catch a Rainbow (Anon)
If I could catch a rainbow
I would do it just for you
and share with you its beauty
On the days you're feeling blue.

If I could build a mountain
    You could call your very own;
    A place to find serenity,
    A place to be alone.

If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea,
But all these things I'm finding
    are impossible for me.

    I cannot build a mountain
    Or catch a rainbow fair,
But let me be what I know best,
    A friend who's always there.

Let go and know you are God

I remember reading this statement years ago,
"Let go and know you are God." Becoming willing
to let go and surrender took me a long
time. There are still times I tenaciously
hold on to something until I reluctantly realize
that all I am holding onto is an old,
    limiting belief.

Our filter system is designed to help us
feel safe. We believe something because
at some point that belief allowed us to make
sense out of the chaos. So changing our
beliefs at some level of consciousness is an
unsafe thing to do. Intellectually we know
letting go is valuable and freeing but at some
level of consciousness that makes no sense.
So how do we get around the conflict?

By making letting go an emotionally rich,
incredibly rewarding thing to do. Visualizing,
vividly picturing the benefits of letting
go of old limiting beliefs or ways of being.
See yourself happily enjoying the many benefits
of making adjustments in your filter system.

Let go and know you are God.

    With love and aloha,
    Susan

Making Your Heart Sing ~ Susan Gregg
    1/9/2009
What do you do that really makes your heart
sing? For a moment just take a deep breath
and think of yourself feeling joyously happy
and passionately alive. Really allow yourself
to imagine that. Take a few more deep breaths
and then ask yourself, "What can I do to feel
    that way?"

Realize your thoughts created that feeling,
not what you imagined yourself doing. And you
can feel that way about everything you do.
You can start by feeing joyous more often
and by doing what makes your heart sing as
    often as possible.

    Redefining Work ~ Susan Gregg
    8/9/2009

So often work is something you have to
do to pay the bills. What if you
redefined work? What if work was a way to
express yourself and share your talents
and gifts. And what if no matter what you
were doing you used it in that way? Say
you have a job you don't like. What if
you viewed it as an opportunity to share
your energy with the world? What if, no
matter what you do, you see it as an
    opportunity to share your light?

I remember my grandfather told me that
if you are a street sweeper be the best
street sweeper you can be. I can view
any act as an act of service even being
a file clerk, a sales clerk or flipping
    burgers.

If you spend each hour of everyday being
grateful for the opportunity to do whatever
you are doing, how different life becomes.

Your The Only Person In Your World

Everyone lives in a universe of their
own making and no two people live in
the same world. When I first
realized that I felt a bit overwhelmed
and lonely. But as I realized I could
change my world by changing my beliefs,
    agreements and assumptions I felt
empowered and free. When I realized
    everyone experiences life a bit
    differently I no longer assumed
as many things. I began to ask more
questions and listen to people's answers.
Now, I find it interesting to see and
    understand other people's perspectives.
How do you experience the weather? The news?
What does a certain tone of voice mean to
you? What assumptions do you make about a
    someone's body language?

I love asking the questions, "How can
I see this through the eyes
of love?" and "How else can I see this?"
As I explore my world with curiosity I
get to see a more expansive world.

A Place of my Spiritual Rebirth
I want to use the gift of God
in my Life to its full potential.
We do not know how long we
will be here on this Earth, but
we must make it Our Very
    Best....(Ty~e)

    (From Tyrone....2/11/2009)
I have returned to a place of my Spiritual
Rebirth of coming back to my Spirtual
Cleansing, of submitting to the (Still Water),
the greater will of God in my life, of breathing
into the atmosphere of his Everlasting Love. I
preached a sermon last Sunday, and as I was
preaching, I was being cleansed and enveloped
and used wonderfully by the might hand of God.
It is a wonderful experience when the Divine
demonstrates it's purpose in your life. The title of
my message was "Is there a Doctor in the House?"
The subtitle, The Church is a Hospital.” I talked
about the emergency situations that can happen
in your life suddenly. How we are so certain we
have everything on the shelf of Life exactly the way
we want it. I talked about, how when you crash and
tumble through the tower of your glory. How the Spirit
God can recharge you again no matter what you
have been through. The sermon was taken from
Luke 5:18 about how a man that was lifted upon
the rooftop of a house to get to Jesus by his friends.
Because all around the house it was
crowded with people and they could not get
through the door. I talked about how there
were some (True Friends) who took all of their
strength and time to help their friend to reach
a miracle. You must be determined to receive
your miracle your blessing. I am determined

to write my books, I am determined to write
to the best of my ability. I want to use the gift
of God in my life to its potential. We do not
know how long we will be on this planet, but
we must make it our best.
    Blessing Ty~e

When I was younger perhaps in the seven grade I found
a old typewriter at a rummage sale that nobody wanted.
And it looked just like the one you sent me in the photo.

It was heavy and weighted about five thousand pounds,
(smile) I used to stay up late at night typing out poems
on it when I was in Juror high school, and it still worked
perfectly all the way through high school. I learn to type
on that typewriter the way the keys felt there was
something special was about it. I think the simplicity of
it made it special it was perfect and durable it did not
serve out it usefulness. It needed no electricity nothing
more to hook up, nothing else to download or added it
just needed a willing spiritual heart, to touch it with the
right appreciation and joy. I think the message in my
old typewriter is that we should value those that help
carried us through in our life. And with the right
appreciation and joy we all have value.

As you know much love and blessing to you,
    ty~e

    “Candle in the window.”
“A light as pure as an Angels Glow
A gentle breeze sparks a flickering light to
Heavens Path. Through the open window
    flies a brown majestic Moth
He dances round the table cloth
Fluttering flirtatiously enticed to the flame
Like water to a cloud and flowers in the rain.

    An aura of starlight
Glowing embers of radiance so clear
    You take away the darkness
    The hopelessness, the fear.

    Calming, graceful, romancing,
    dancing on the window sill
    A light for my memories
    Inspiration for my dreams
A candle by the open window
God Bless the Grace you give me
    A moment so serene.”

    ..A New Life Begins

"Shining through the trees and leaves
The forest greets the brand new day
The beginning a new life dawning
A spider’s web with nature spinning
    Blows away then starts again
    Silken strands entangle, strangle..."
    (By Paul Weston)

Once upon a time, in a
    land far away, a beautiful,
    independent, self-assured
    princess happened upon
a frog as she sat contemplating
    ecological issues on the shores
of an unpolluted pond in a verdant
meadow near her castle. The frog
    hopped into the Princess' lap.

"Elegant Lady, I was once a
    handsome Prince, until
an evil witch cast a spell upon
    me. One kiss from you,
however, and I will turn back into
the dapper, young Prince that I am!
Then, my sweet, we can marry and
set up housekeeping in yon castle
with my Mother, where you can prepare
    my meals, clean my clothes,
    bear my children, and forever
feel grateful and happy doing so."
That night, on a repast of lightly
sautéed frog’s legs seasoned in a
    white wine and onion cream
    sauce, she chuckled to herself.
    "I don't f-ing think so."

The Acts Of Love My Beloved
When we allow ourselves to understand the impact
our actions have not only on ourselves but the planet
we live on, we realize the necessity to take loving action.
We each have the power to correct conditions within as
well as to affect the world we live in.
There are so many ways to apply love in our everyday
lives. Yet, if we do not take care of ourselves, it is
virtually impossible to feel and share love with the
world around us. As an act of self-love, we can begin
to educate ourselves and learn to take care of our physical
bodies as well as keep our thoughts and feelings positive
and loving. Nurturing ourselves also teaches us how to
nurture life around us. Practice constant acts of kindness
and you bring kindness upon this planet. Forgiveness is
the easiest and most powerful act of kindness you can make.
Both for yourself and for others, this activity promotes
unity, harmony and oneness that transmutes the old into
the new. This magnificent planet is filled with opportunities
to experience love, tolerance, peace and joy. When we,
as individuals, realize our potential to love unconditionally,
we transform ourselves and the planet at the same time.
Such is the power we wield every moment of every day.
The choice is ours to create a world of joy and happiness,
    love and goodwill.

Each moment holds a new beginning of possibility and
an opportunity to create without limitation. We can let go
of what we perceive or believe is before us and allow our
personal potential to shine through. Start each day as a
new journey of self discovery. Let go of yesterday and
tomorrow and embrace the power of now. Remind yourself
daily of the newness of life in the moment.
