Move toward your detiny In it lies adventures of tomorrow Don't look back into a state of sorrow Reach for the future and find your rightful place The clock is ticking there is no time to waste Don't dwell on the hurt,the shame or the pain Focus on the blessing you're destined to gain Don't take into your future,what happen in the past, Rebuild a life of stability that will cause your joy to last Life can be a rollercoaster if you let it be All rides arent't fun even though they may be free You have to decide,no longer do i like this ride. As my life go in circles,i feel empty inside I can't keep making the same mistakes, Will life ever give me a break? I'm going to change the way i think and believe in myself, I'll go to the library and get my dreams off the shelf On a piece of paper i will write my visions and make them plain Every time i read them aloud,self-confidence i will gain. As i align myself with positive people places and things, I see myself moving closer to my dreams. Sometimes the pace is fast and sometime it's slow If your car stops,get in a boat and row, Be determined and always strive, Keep on moving until you've arrived. There are many modes of transportation That will get you to your destination You may start off on a plane,have to transfer to a train Yet quoting self confidence i will gain Then you went from a car to a boat, As the waves get rough,you stay afloat. The boat is ship wrecked and now you're on foot, Don't you forget your dreams in that book. For the race isn't given to the swift nor the battle to the strong, But to him/her who endures no matter how long, As your feet begin to hurt,you begin to crawl Half way up you say; Son of GOD where are thee? This is too hard for me Suddenly you fall, right into your destiny.
