    I started playing music when I was old enough to hold drum sticks and pick up a guitar in Union City, Indiana. I learned how to read music and began my education in music theory in grade school. I started playing drum set with my Mom & Dad's band - The Duke's Mixture in the early 1970's. I furthered my education in music and started writing original songs in the late 1970's. I led two bands during my High School years - Piston & The Generics. I moved to West Virginia in 1984 and started playing Drums with Country bands and Guitar with Rock bands for the next 20 years. I was on National TV in 1994 with the Country band 5th Wheel. In 1998 I was in the Rock band Dirty Tricks that opened for Ace Frehley of KISS. In 2004 I returned to Indiana to work on my own music -- writing, producing, playing all instruments, and sing all parts on every tract. If you hearing something on one of my songs, its me playing it or singing it. In 2007 I released my first album Mike Mason with Sonic Wave International. My follow up album, Masters, came out in 2009. I recently signed with Tate Music Group, and am working on a new release. Love All the Fans! Yours Truly! Mike Mason ..............

In 2007 I released my first album Mike Mason with Sonic Wave International. I have a New album that came out in 2009 called Masters. I am signed with Canadian American Records with CEO Joey Welz.
