Sobre mim:
Preheat oven to 220°C. Remove excess fat from cavity. Wipe inside and out with paper towels. Place lemon and thyme in cavity. Tie legs together with un-waxed string. Combine butter and oil in a small bowl and brush over both sides. Place, breast side down, on a greased baking tray. Roast for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn over and baste with butter mixture. Roast for a further 37 minutes or until juices run clear when thigh pierced with a skewer. Cover and stand for 15 minutes to rest.
