    With sweet harmonies and spellbinding voices, Ruby Moon will captivate any audience. This duo (Nikkie Nicholson and Adrienne Piggott) haling from the Adelaide Hills and rural South Australia perform songs that encompass traditional Celtic and Gaelic, weaving through Americana and English folk to contemporary Australiana. With acapella, guitar, mandolin and b�dhran accompaniment, this duet really are unique and have something to please everyone. Nikkie Nicholson has performed solo since she was 13 and has also played with bands Twa Corbies and Morrighan. Nikkie won the Celtic singing competition at the Kapunda Celtic Festival in 1997. Adrienne Piggott has been performing and recording for a number of years with a variety of bands (from traditional folk to folk rock) including Spiral Dance, Ji'Dasc and Circe's Tricks. Adrienne also won Most outstanding vocalist for the S.A. Folk Awards 2006.
