Between the Tribeca Film Festival, Coachella Part 2, the Time 100 Gala, the GLAAD Awards, and innumerable other events, it was difficult to narrow our list down to just 10 best and worst dressed this week! In the end, we found the red carpet from the Time 100 event to be the most intriguing, with the GLAAD Awards in second place (and so on from there). Without further ado, here are our red carpet picks for the week:

First up is Rihanna in this Marchesa prom dress. Okay, it’s not a prom dress, but it could be! We don’t think this dress is Rihanna’s style at all, but what’s worse is that we doubt we’d like it on anyone.

Sometimes with Blake Lively, it’s hard to tell if you like her outfit or if you’re just oogling her physical perfection. This is one of those times. We think this dress is gorgeous, but is it just that she looks stunning in it? Would we look like beached mermaids in this number? What do you think?

We feel much less ambiguously about Amy Poehler’s look at the Time 100 gala. This dress is awful — her stylist should be fired, and the dress should be burned. This looks like something people wore in the ’90s, but not in a good, retro-is-cool kinda way. Ick!

We are once again fighting feelings of confusion around this outfit worn by Kristen Wiig. We hate it, but we love it, but we hate it…and so on. Maybe it’s that we love the top, and if the top flowed into a gown we’d be speechless? As is, the jumpsuit element has us scratching our heads a bit.  Do you like?

And speaking of jumpsuits…or pantsuits…we’re not really sure what to call this penguin suit rocked by Tilda Swinton Tuesday night. Though we do not like this at all, we have to give the girl props as she is probably the only person in the world who could pull it off.

Lea Michele, on the other hand, went a somewhat more traditional route in this strapless gown, and she looks stunning. Though admittedly she, much like Ms. Lively, could look could in a garbage bag, this dress is gorgeous in its own right — we love it.

Moving on to red carpets elsewhere, let’s take a look at this Kardashian family photo from the RYU opening in NYC. We don’t love anything going on here — Kendall looks the best out of everyone, but her outfit also seems totally out of place for the event. Judging by these outfits, it looks like momager Kris might be getting lazy after signing her family’s $40M deal with E!

We had to throw this photo into the mix because even though she’s got that ugly bored expression on her face, we absolutely love this dress on Florence. It may be a little out of place for an event in Vegas, but this look is utter perfection in every other way.

And now, onto the GLAAD Awards, from which we’ve pulled our final two looks of the week. The first is of Cher, looking exactly as she did 20 or 30 years ago, which is really freaking us out. The woman is almost SEVENTY! So, although the outfit is technically terrible, we’re giving her best dressed of the week just for looking timeless/ageless.

Our final look(s) of the week come to us via Ellen DeGeneres and Porti di Rossi, and they’ve got more to do with – er – beauty than fashion. This photo may just be the best advertisement of all time for aging naturally and gracefully. Please look first at Ellen. She looks like…Ellen. Now let’s please look at Portia. Remember how gorgeous she once was?! It’s not that the woman pictured below isn’t beautiful, it’s just that she’s barely recognizable as Portia! Not sure who her surgeon is, but he’s landed her the highly-coveted title of “Worst Dressed” this week.
